By accessing or using this website, booking a table, topping up credit, or entering the venue, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Use

Duya Billiards provides billiards tables, memberships, events, and related services for recreational and competitive play.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone who breaches these Terms

  • Modify services, pricing, or operating hours at any time

  • Update these Terms without prior notice

2. Eligibility & Entry

  • You must comply with all venue rules and staff instructions

  • Valid photo ID may be required for entry or age verification

  • Duya reserves the right to deny entry to intoxicated, aggressive, or disruptive individuals

3. Bookings & Walk-Ins

  • Table bookings are subject to availability

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced play time

  • No-shows may forfeit booking priority or future booking privileges

  • Walk-ins are accepted but not guaranteed

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise

  • Payment is required before or during play, as directed by staff

  • Duya reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time

5. Memberships & Top-Up Credit

  • Memberships and top-up credits are non-transferable

  • Bonus credit is promotional and cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Credit cannot be refunded once used

  • Unused credit does not expire unless stated otherwise

  • Duya reserves the right to change membership benefits or bonus structures

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Early departure

  • Unused play time

  • Promotional or bonus credit

Refunds may be considered only if required under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Venue Rules & Conduct

You agree to:

  • Treat staff, players, and equipment with respect

  • Use equipment properly and safely

  • Follow all house rules displayed in-venue

You must not:

  • Damage tables, cues, balls, or facilities

  • Bring illegal substances onto the premises

  • Harass or disturb other patrons

Damage caused by negligence or misconduct may result in charges.

8. Equipment & Liability

  • Play is at your own risk

  • Duya is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where required by law

  • You are responsible for supervising minors at all times

9. Events & Competitions

  • Event entry fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

  • Duya reserves the right to modify event formats, prizes, or schedules

  • Decisions made by Duya staff during competitions are final

10. Media & Content

By entering the venue, you consent to:

  • Photography or video recording for marketing or social media

  • Use of your likeness unless you notify staff otherwise

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse, hack, or disrupt the website

  • Copy or reproduce content without permission

All content on this website is owned by Duya or its licensors.

12. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws.

13. Force Majeure

Duya is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or power outages.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled in NSW courts.
